Emerson went in for a well check and is Mr. health health health. Though he wasn't really a fan of the doctor this time, he screamed if they touched him and kept pointing to the door waving bye-bye because he wanted to go. Anyone that knows Emerson knows that's not like him at all, he is extremely friendly and loves people so this was new. Emerson was 23.9 lbs (34%) and was 33 inches (88%) and 75% for his genius brain.
His fortune... I think it was spot on
Tall, skinny, and his head is not quite as big, but he is still a genius. All his 12 month pants are super high water now but the 18 month pants were still so loose on his waist. So he is either in high water pants or his pants are falling off, Mr. Classy. He is just hilarious and so goofy now. He always tries to sneak up and tickle us or scare us. He also poured his cup of water all over Mark when Mark was laying on the floor resting and Emerson thought he was so clever and laughed hysterically. He giggles likes crazy when he burps, yes disgusting, he is all boy.
His new obsession is basketball, he loves it. He just shouts "Basketball" and points to the gym all during Sacrament meeting now.... And is a big fan of "jam time" with his mini basketball hoop. He talks all the time, jibber-jaber mixed in with real words. His vocabulary has exploded and says new things everyday
He was so good with baby John when he came to visit
He loves movie nights and popcorn, we usually only watch about 20-30 minutes but he loves it. He likes to sit in between Mark and I with the popcorn bowl on his lab. He begs to go outside from the minute he is awake and is loving having the snow all melted. He just runs about the yard chasing his new cat "Boots". He also tries to ride the cat and says"neigh"
