We spent our days of August:
Frequenting the water park
Gardening - or playing in the mud
Emerson fell asleep on his changing table after a full day of outside adventures, I had flash backs to when he did the exact same thing as a wee babe.
Checking out the Madison Fair. Emerson looooved all the animals
Hanging out with the girls. Our little chicken herder
Taste testing the corn. It was so sweet and delicious that this kid would go out and shuck the thing by himself and eat it raw.
You might see a trend. We mainly lived outside gardening and taking care of the chickens this August. And this little "Mowgli" would have it no other way.
On the few rainy days we had this kid loved to "Paint" with shaving cream I colored with food coloring
