We have been on a couple fun hikes. We went to Yellowstone - we wanted to go on a hike there but someone was killed by a bear a week before, so we thought it was best to stay alive and not go hiking- We have been working in our garden, we have harvested our spinach and it is blanched, chopped, and frozen - just waiting to be made into veggie lasagna or spinach dip, yum.
Happy Summer everyone! It's been a fun and successful one for us so far. We still have couple fun trips, reunions, hikes, camping, and weddings on our summer docket that we are getting ready for.
