We kicked off the Christmas season with our very own "Express Christmas". All of us were going to be spending Christmas with our "in-laws" this year and my parents, Layne & Micah were spending a sunshine filled Christmas in Florida & the Caribbean. The day before we all left we got together for a little enchilada fiesta, Christmas Celebration, and present exchange.

Much to my parents surprise - they gave each other the same gift. :)We were planning on flying to Boise the Thursday before Christmas. However, Boise State being in the Las Vegas Bowl kind of put a wrench in that plan because now every flight between Boise and Vegas were completely sold out. We were hoping on getting out on the flight during the game ( we have to fly stand by) but on Wednesday we found out that was sold out also. I think Mark was secretly excited, because now he could go to the bowl game - he got on the internet and found some sweet seats right on the 30 yard line, 4 rows up, right by the Boise State bench...
It was pretty awesome, we had a great time going to the Las Vegas Bowl for the 2nd year in a row.

The next day we were able to get a spot on a charter flight that flew some Boise Sate fans for the game. It was sooo nice not having to drive ten hours.
We had a great time in Boise with Marks family. Most of Mark's siblings were able to be there and it was a lot of fun having everyone there for Christmas.

Jack turned three the day after Christmas so we got to be there for his little Birthday Party.
