February was a pretty slow month of normal every day life. Mark had to go to Ohio and Texas for a week. Emerson is still loving preschool and gymnastics and Eliza just keeps getting bigger. Here is a few highlights in no particular order
Wagon rides have been a favorite, even when its still cold and snowy
For Marks birthday we went snowboarding at our favorite place, Grand Targhee. Layne was a gem and came and watched the kiddos all day for us. Your amazing Layne. I did have to laugh on how different it was from when Mark and I use to go. Instead of waking up and hitting the slopes like the food old days it included prepping both kids, leaving emergency numbers incase she couldn't get a hold of me, defrosting enough milk for Eliza, and taking breaks from snowboarding to pump.
We went out for Sushi with Heidi and Doug Saturday night after snowboarding. Marks actual birthday was on Super Bowl Sunday so we had some delicious food and at half time we went over to Heidi and Dougs at half time for some ice cream cake.
A little gem digging. Emerson has been really into science experiments and building things with Mark in the evenings. They built a paper airplane launcher, dug for gems, and recently made sugar crystals
Puddle jumping, a new spring time favorite
Eliza likes to watch or snoozeSaturday chores
Mark had to go to Texas and Ohio for a week. Emerson always wants to send him pictures and lots when mark sends him pictures so he sent us these from the plane. It is a small company plane so Mark sits in co-piolt spot sometimes
And he gets incredible sunset viewsEmerson off to deliver eggs. He sells eggs to our neighbors and saves the money
My mom sent the kids adorable Valentines day outfits
Love these smiling cuties
The day before Valentines on a whim went out to breakfast as a special treat. Emerson was pretty jazzed when we told him. "Yay! a Valentine treat". My favorite Valentines
My blued eye boy and browned eye girl
