6 Months

We blinked and this girl turned 6 months on us. At 6 months she weighed 17.2 lbs (74%) and she was 26.5 inches (80%) and 81% for her smart brains. Eliza loves people and wants to smile and chat all day. Eliza can sit and roll both ways, she scoots on her toes, and grabs anything in sight. She started solids this month and likes eating avocados, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, mangos, blueberries, and applesauce. But she was not fan of peas or broccoli yet.

 Eliza does not like being set down, left alone, or playing on her own. We see this face a lot when we put her down to play

 But when this girl is fed and napped she is the happiest thing in the world.

 This is the first time she tried solids.... she was a major fan. We were planning on starting her later on solids but she was very interested and wanted them bad. Emerson had no interest in food and didn't really eat until closer to 8 months, and it could not be baby food. So its been strange to have a baby want food so young and eat purees. We do some purees and have been starting on bigger pieces of food.

 Eliza loves her blankets and the tags, just like her brother.  Eliza sleeps from 7:30-8 to about 6am now. She will still sometimes wake up around 3-4 am  but I try not to feed her so she will, fingers crossed, start sleeping through. 

 We love this girl, she is so sweet and happy.

 Broccoli was not a winner the first time. She tried a 2nd time and cried.... soon we will keep trying?

I love getting this girl from her nap, she gets so happy and giggles when you come and get her. She even does this at 3 in the morning
