Memorial Day

We kicked it here  in Las Vegas for Memorial Day. We had a couple of friends that were traveling to Vegas and we are so excited we got to see them. Brittney and Andrew came to visit us from Driggs and stayed with us Thursday. Markie, Tristan, Ellie, and Caleb met up with us on Friday for a day full of shopping at the outlets, swimming in our pool, and lunch at Chipotle  Britt, Markie, I were roommates in College and were dating all of our spouses when we lived together. We always have a blast together and I'm glad I got to see Markie's new little man Caleb.

On Sunday our good friends Rachel and Jon stopped in on their way to Wisconsin. We are so glad we got to see them before they moved across the country. They brought their cute little puppy Larue. Emerson was pretty scared of it at first, but after about 30 minutes started warming up to her. Then Larue licked his toes and he thought it was hilarious. Then he decided to "pet" the dog and ended up with a fist full of fur. Poor Larue- then she was scared of Emerson.

 

But by the next day they were fast friends again.
