Four Months

Four months for little Miss Eliza. She weighted 14 lbs and 12 ounces (58%) 25 inches (68%) and 46% for her smart brain.  This doctors appointment was a testament to our little sensitive emotional girl. The moment the nurse got in her face to take her temperature and measurements she lost it. The turned bright red with huge crocodile tears kind of lost it. The minute mom picked her back she dramaticly sighed and snuggled in to my shoulder and then turned and started smiling and happily babbling to the doctor and nurse. They had a good laugh at that. But then the shots came and we had a very emotional 10 minutes to get her calmed down. Eliza is a spit fire that knows what she wants and when she wants it. She has found her voice this month and loves to babble loudly, screech, and giggle.  Her favorite is when we lay next to her and just talk, she will talk and smile back for ages.

She is currently into grabbing thing, rolling over both ways,  and not hating tummy time. She is fascinated with her hands, blowing spit bubbles, and eating anything that comes near her mouth .
She loves her brother and is very content laying on the floor watching him play at his train table or with his blocks
She is wearing 3-6 months clothes now and is just growing too fast
We think she is pretty much the cutest

She is fascinated with her hands and likes to eat anything that comes near her mouth

She is such a smiley baby and we love when she gets smiling and giggling and gets embarrassed and brings her hands up to cover her face

We still don't know her eye color, they are just dark. Sometimes a dark blue green, sometimes a dark brown, sometimes grey. We shall see what time has in store for our lovely dark eyed girl.
Because as her aunt Layne says "every girl needs a denim romper"
Baby Eliza on the left and mom on the right. This poor girl didn't make it out with the Wixom hair, her brother must of sole all the hair before her. We could braid his hair by three months.  Good thing she is pretty adorable, whips mohawk and all
Every time we see her she is in a new position or area of  her play mate, our little roller. Also about 2 minutes after this picture Eliza threw her toy out of reach, she kept trying to grab it but soon realized it was too far and she just rolled back over and looked at me and started weeping. I got the toy and handed it to her and then she was happily playing again

We love this smiley girl with her constant spit bubbles, whispy hair, and unknown eye color - even  more then last month

  1. Depending on the picture I see so much of each of the Wixom sister in her! I love that she looks so much like all of you ladies!
